You are invited to attend the 2022 Andrean Homecoming Dance 

Saturday, September 17th, 2022

6pm - 9pm

Where: Andrean High School. Music and dancing will be in the main gym. Pizza and drinks will be served in the cafeteria

Cost: $10 per person. Payment will be charged to your FACTS Incidental account.

Email this form by August 29th to homecoming2022@andreanhs.com and your name will go on the list.

Dress fancy, dress casual...it is your choice. 

How to RSVP:

Homecoming RSVP Form: 

To be filled out by the attendee's parent and emailed to homecoming2022@andreanhs.com.

By sending this form to homecoming2022@andreanhs.com, you are giving the Andrean Business Office permission to charge $10.00 per person to the student’s FACTS Incidental account for Homecoming Dance 2022. 

If you are not bringing a guest from another school, this form is due by August 29th.

Dance Guest Form: 

To be filled out and emailed to homecoming2022@andreanhs.com only if your student is bringing a guest from another school.

If you are bringing a student from another school, you MUST  include the proper paperwork with the RSVP form. DO NOT email forms separately and please DO NOT wait until the last minute as Andrean Administration and the guest’s school must approve and sign the form. 

If you are bringing a guest from another school BOTH forms are due by August 26th.
