Andrean High School is ready to celebrate Homecoming Week with a full week of school spirit, activities, and Niner traditions!

 

Dress Down Days (Sept. 21 -25)

Show your 59er spirit throughout the week:

  • Monday: Hawaiian Day
  • Tuesday: Jersey Day
  • Wednesday: Neon Day
  • Thursday: Pajama Day / Adam Sandler Day
  • Friday: Andrean Wear Day

The excitement continues on Friday, September 25, with the Homecoming Pep Rally and PowderPuff Game, followed by the Alumni & Friends Homecoming Tent Event at 6 PM and the Homecoming Football Game at 7 PM.

 

Then, students will wrap up the Homecoming celebration at the Homecoming Dance on Saturday!

Student Tutoring

Andrean's National Honor Society is excited to announce the start of peer tutoring for the Fall 2026 semester.


The peer tutoring program allows NHS students to earn service hours by tutoring peers in various subjects. This is a free service to help your students! If your student wishes to book tutoring appointments, please refer to the steps outlined below. Students have also received an email with these steps.

 

To encourage student accountability and minimize issues with miscommunication, please ensure that it is your student sending the inquiry email! I know parents want what's best for their students, but it is much easier for our tutors to watch for Andrean email addresses.

 

How students can book appointments:

 

  1. Select the link for the Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/17NL7jVc2O6po9b0ptDtFDrBZ8h0EGYB2PYgQx6d178Y/edit?tab=t.0
  2. Have your student read over the document and select the tutor they would like to meet with.
  3. Have your student copy and paste the tutor's email address from the document. They will need to reach out to the tutor (via email), requesting the date and subject they would like to be tutored in, as well as their RT.  
  4. Allow the tutor a minimum of 24 hours to respond to the request. Once they confirm your student's appointment, it will be updated on the Google Doc to indicate that the spot is taken.
  5. Remind your student to see Mrs. Morales or Ms. Wyness (indicated in bold under the tutor's email address) before their appointment to get a pass.

Parking Passes

Students who drive to school are required to have a parking pass. Parents or guardians must sign the parking permit agreement, and passes are then issued through the Main Office. Each tag costs $100. The deadline for getting a parking pass was SEPTEMBER 10TH. During our parking permit check this morning, we discovered a large number of students still do NOT have one. Your student will be ticketed beginning September 16th if a permit is not obtained immediately.

Campus Ministry

To live out our school motto, “Christ is My Teacher” (CMT), all Andrean students will pray once a month as part of our theology curriculum. Each month, students will then choose to either serve or donate as their CMT activity.

Andrean is excited to welcome back our beloved Super Raffle, a community-wide fundraiser supporting the mission of our school. Students, families, alumni, and friends are invited to join forces to help raise funds and maybe win big in the process.

 

  • Each student is required to sell 10 raffle tickets at $50 each.
  • Grand Prize: $10,000, with ten total cash prizes drawn!
  • The winning tickets will be drawn at the Super Raffle Social on Saturday, November 14th, at Innsbrook Country Club.
     

Tickets and cash are due by Wednesday, November 4th by 4 PM; no late entries allowed.


This year, the ten top-selling students will receive a $1,000 scholarship (students must sell 20 or more to be considered) to be applied to their 26/27 tuition balance.
