Dear Andrean Parents and Guardians,

To help protect student and family information, FACTS will now require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when accessing your FACTS account.

Parents, guardians, and students will be prompted to set up MFA the next time they log in to FACTS. Once enabled, MFA will require you to verify your identity using a second step, such as a code sent to your phone or email, in addition to your password.

This added layer of security helps keep your account and your student’s information safe.

What You Need to Do:
• Log in to your FACTS account as usual at http://www.factsmgt.com/
• Follow the on-screen instructions to set up Multi-Factor Authentication
• Choose your preferred verification method
• Complete the setup process before continuing access to your account

Please note:
• MFA setup is required for continued access to FACTS
• You may be asked to verify your identity periodically or when logging in from a new device
