The Strategic Plan is Andrean High School's roadmap for the next 10 years. It outlines our long-term vision to strengthen our mission, academics, enrollment, advancement efforts, and campus while remaining rooted in our Catholic identity.

The Strategic Plan helps ensure Andrean continues to meet the needs of today's students while preparing for future generations. It provides clear priorities and goals that will guide decision-making over the next decade.

The plan was developed over the course of two years through collaboration between school leadership, faculty, staff, and outside educational consultants who helped identify opportunities for growth and long-term success.

No. The Strategic Plan was already well underway before the tornado occurred. While future campus improvements will naturally complement the rebuilding process, the Strategic Plan is a long-term vision that was developed independently of the storm.

No. This is a 10-year plan. Some initiatives will begin soon, while others will take place over several years as resources, planning, and funding allow. 

Yes. Over time, students will experience enhancements in academics, student support services, faith formation, campus facilities, fine arts, athletics, and college and career readiness opportunities.
