FINANCIAL AID AND SCHOLARSHIPS
Financial Aid and Scholarships must be applied each year if parents seek tuition assistance, including Indiana Choice. Parents must submit their applications online through the FACTS Grant & Aid site before online enrollment. The Finance Manager enters financial aid, discounts, and/or scholarships once enrollment is finalized. Notification will be sent via email of the updated payment plan. We strongly encourage early application. Some financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Catholic Parish Discount
This discount is available for $300 per year per family. It may only be used as a discount on tuition and can not offset fees or incidentals. The discount will be applied in FACTS upon return of a completed Parish Verification Form. This discount is pro-rated with the student's payment plan. This discount becomes void at early withdrawal (before the end of the school year). The discount would be reversed on the student's FACTS tuition plan. This form is required annually and should be uploaded under Religious Affiliation in the enrollment process. You may also email your form to the business office before the 2nd week of school.
There is a $500 reduction in tuition for each additional student in the same immediate family. This discount is pro-rated with the student's payment plan. This discount becomes void at early withdrawal (before the end of the school year). The discount would be reversed on the student's FACTS tuition plan.
PAYMENT PLANS: Families will be directed through the Andrean Online Enrollment Packet to select payment plans through the FACTS system. Families have the option of paying annually, semi-annually, or monthly. Monthly payment plans begin in August and end in June. Andrean offers the 5th or the 20th of the month, and tuition is automatically pulled on the date selected. The Finance Manager enters financial aid, discounts, and/or scholarships once enrollment is finalized. Notification will be sent via email of the updated payment plan.
In the event your tuition becomes delinquent, the following actions will occur:
1. At 30 days past due, an automated message is sent from FACTS
2. At 60 days past due, an automated message is sent from FACTS; the student can be removed from class and/or prohibited from participating in extracurriculars.
3. At 90 days past due, the student will be held from class and extracurricular activities until payment is received.
Refunds will only be considered for families who prepay tuition annually. No first-semester tuition refunds will be made for withdrawals after the first week of school. The same policy applies to the second semester. Transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations have been met. Andrean High School reserves the right to withhold any report cards, school records, access to graduation privileges, participation in athletics, and attendance at school events until tuition is brought to its current status. Filing for bankruptcy does not alleviate financial responsibility, and records will not be released. Any family with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to enroll for the coming school year.
